Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding a variety of electronic products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving.
• Document all support requests and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
• Assist customers with product installation, setup, and configuration as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.
• Create clear and informative guides for customers to help them better understand their products.

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in electronics support or a related technical field.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with electronic devices and customer support practices.
• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is an advantage.
