Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order tracking.
  • Educate customers on e-cigarette products and usage to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and regulations.
  • Record and manage customer interactions in the CRM system efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the development of support materials and FAQs to enhance customer experience.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer products sector.
  • Strong understanding of e-cigarette products, vaping, and related regulations.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
