Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, managing inquiries and providing comprehensive support.
• Engage with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to offer accurate information to clients.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns to enhance satisfaction and promote loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback and relay insights for service improvements.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect valuable feedback.
• Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and prepare reports to suggest enhancements.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or customer experience roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine interest in online media and familiarity with relevant industry trends.
