This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and fluent in Portuguese. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them navigate their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly through phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist customers with product information, account issues, and technical support.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex customer issues.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide tailored support.

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and a good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer support technologies is a plus.
