Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
• Document all support interactions and solutions accurately in the service management system.
• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and application updates.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues as necessary.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices to optimize their experience.

• Fluency in Portuguese and a strong command of English.
• Relevant experience in IT support or a technical field is highly preferred.

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in technology-related sectors, such as e-commerce or telecommunications, is a plus.
