Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Spanish by addressing inquiries related to electronic products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries and ensuring follow-ups where necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized service and recommendations.
  • Participate actively in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge continuously.
  • Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the electronics or technology sector, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of service.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
  • A genuine interest in electronic products and a willingness to learn will be greatly valued.
