In this role, you will assist Italian-speaking clients by providing exceptional customer service and support for their travel inquiries. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a remote setting and are committed to ensuring customers have a flawless travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and online chat with inquiries related to bookings, flight information, and airline policies.
• Effectively manage customer requests, including modifications, cancellations, and strong issue resolution.
• Accurately document all customer interactions within our CRM system to ensure excellent service continuity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay up-to-date on airline services, policies, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service and follow-up.

• Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and standard office programs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A strong passion for travel and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
