Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, content access, and troubleshooting streaming issues.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
• Stay updated on company services and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and loyalty.

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
