Talent Acquisition Coordinator

 

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team, Americas in all aspects of the recruitment process. This role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, conducting background checks, generating offer letters, and handling various TA paperwork. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview Scheduling:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
    • Send interview confirmations and reminders to candidates and interviewers
    • Ensure interview rooms are booked and prepared
    • Manage any changes or rescheduling of interviews promptly

 

  • Candidate Communications:
    • Manage candidate communications, including sending interview confirmations and follow-up emails
    • Provide candidates with necessary information and support throughout the recruitment process
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by being responsive and professional

 

  • Background Checks:
    • Initiate and track background checks for selected candidates
    • Liaise with background check vendors and ensure timely completion of checks
    • Review background check results and escalate any issues to the Talent Acquisition Manager

 

  • Offer Letter Generation:
    • Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates
    • Ensure all offer details are accurate and aligned with company policies
    • Follow up with candidates to confirm acceptance and address any questions

 

  • Talent Acquisition Paperwork:
    • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) with candidate information and status updates.
    • Assist in the preparation of job postings and advertisements
    • Support the Talent Acquisition team with various administrative tasks
    • Ensure all recruitment-related paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is preferred
  • The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with our team and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (Greenhouse a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
