The BI team is responsible for developing self-serve data systems, and building advanced analytics capabilities for Customer Insights. We serve as the Customer Insight Data pod - a full stack analytics owner that partners with the GTM and Customer Growth functions to provide accurate and validated data insights that drive business impact. We validate, transform, and analyze Plaid’s data and use it to inform and drive decisions for our stakeholders. Our Mission is to be stewards of Plaid’s data, ensuring its accuracy and delivering insights that drive impact.
As a member of Business Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role with our GTM team by leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and optimize our Revenue & Pipeline strategy. You will play an integral role in developing our self-serve data capabilities across all of Plaid, leveraging Tableau and other tools to enable more teams to have faster access to the right data. You will partner closely with the leaders of our GTM Ops, Revenue, and Partnership teams to deliver advanced analytics that reduce complexity and time–to-decision for Plaid. You will be responsible for gathering, standardizing, analyzing, and interpreting Plaid’s data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth.
