The Payroll Coordinator oversees the monthly payroll operations, ensuring each step is executed correctly. You'll be part of a team that fosters a culture of best practice and consistency in all administrative areas, delivering high quality service to our practices across the group. We are a tight-knit, collaborative and supportive team of four, working under a Payroll Manager to manage payroll for 4,500 employees across three outsourced providers with diverse setups.

We offer a hybrid or remote working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office should you want hybrid, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you or opt in to work remotely with office visits as and when needed. Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance, and features a café on-site, free parking, and beautiful parkland surroundings.
