Job Description

  1. Manage all CX GM meetings and avoid overlaps.

  2. Create meetings as directed by CX GM.

  3. Maintain Project Punch lists and schedules for CX GM and CX PM. 

  4. Assist CX GM with resource planning.

  5. Account for and Manage all custom fabricated assemblies. Track & Report Status of orders weekly.

  6. Assist CX GM, PMO team and estimating in subcontractor , material and equipment quotations.

  7. Manage list of current bonding capacity, obtain or cancel as required / needed to ensure we have bonding capacity available. Work with CX estimating to obtain bonds as needed.  

  8. Fill out and complete bid packages and requirements as directed by Estimating for a complete bid submission, in a timely manner.

  9. Write policy and procedure as directed by CX GM for review, approval and implementation.

  10. Administer, collect and enforce MOP (method of procedure) field documentation. Obtain proper signatures from CX GM and Safety Manager and file/track  accordingly.

  11. Develop and maintain MOR (month over review)  slide deck for a monthly presentation. Work with PM, HR ,Operations, OSP, Safety, Fleet, Sales and Finance etc. to provide their monthly reports and combine them into the MOR for CX GM review approval and presentation.

  12. Manage 2-week field look ahead schedules. Ensure that "2 week look aheads" and align with project schedule and present to CX GM weekly.

  13. Implement and maintain field pocket manuals. These manuals must be on all employees at all times. They must record daily weather, where they worked, when they arrived, Materials they used, materials that are needed, What they will be doing for the next week, Tools and equipment required for upcoming tasks. 

  14. Create meeting minutes and update for Bi-Weekly all Hands meetings. See CX GM for all items to be covered during the meeting. 

  15. Manage and update all 811 "Call before you dig" tickets. Manage tickets through MONDAY App. Have send alerts before expiration

  16. Manage and update all contractors' city and state licensing. Manage licenses through MONDAY App. Have send alerts before expiration. See CX GM for more detailed information.

  17. Manage and update all CX Permits. Manage Permits through MONDAY App. Have send alerts before expiration. See CX GM for more detailed information.

  18. Manage all CX Wireless Carrier inventory in the warehouse. Account for inventory destination and projects that inventory is assigned. Work with Vendors to return all materials not being used or owed to the customer.  

  19. Review and oversee CX GM incoming emails. Bring to attention all emails that are urgent. Do this by adding Urgent in the Subject line.

  20. Set up / Maintain CX GM email inboxes by associate.

  21. Log, and account for all field training classes. Work to enroll employees in classes as directed by CX GM. This will be done through Monday app and alert us as to when trainings expire.

  22. Obtain OSHA 30 for all field Forman & OSHA 10 for all field non-management.  

  23. Obtain and manage all Tower / RF and other certifications as required for all wireless personnel.

  24. Schedule Job interviews and interlace them with CX GM schedule.

  25. Obtain and manage all EVITP/JW certifications as required for all certified JW Electricians personnel.

  26. Review and correct all timecards in Clock-Shark. Make sure lunches and breaks are being taken within CA meal break policy. Enforce through email all corrections made and enter them into notes inside of clock-shark.

  27. Enforce OT Authorizations and compare with timecards to ensure OT i only being allowed if it is approved.

  28. Collect Maintain and enforce all project JHA's. Forward to Safety Manger for approval of task to be performed. Make sure the employee has correct PPE and support as required to perform JHA correctly. Report to CX GM weekly.

  29. Collect Maintain and enforce all project Safety Meetings. Collect signed copy of the tailgate meetings and Forward to Safety Manger. Make sure the employee has correct PPE and support as required to perform JHA correctly. Report to CX GM weekly.

  30. Track all employee PPE including Glove date codes, Fall protection harnesses and arrest systems. Report on condition and assigned quantities at all times. Replace or red tag immediately if compromised or is missing / out of date. Report in MOR on this.

  31. Enforce all Daily reports are being filled out and entered both in Teams and the project file. Make sure proper amount of photos are uploaded daily for each job along with a NOAA weather report.

  32. Keep track of all rented equipment Monday app, have app alert when rental equipment needs to be returned, and notify when rental cycles end so that another PO can be issued.

  33. Fill out and turn in all CX GM expense reports. CX GM to provide receipts and job site/task information.

  34. Keep track of and log all lead times for equipment ordered. Follow up on weekly and report on delivery time updates daily and report weekly.

  35. Set up Personnel one on one meetings. with direct reports.  keep a running document of pain points, hurdles and obstacles, challenges, training opportunities so CX can provide written direction on corrections to be made.

  36. Manage all CX tools through Giga track system. Help establish a locked cage system; Access controlled entry and tool check out with existing Giga-Track tool system. Inventory Tools monthly and track their condition and whereabouts. Assist with tools in need of repairs and remove from service immediately and assist with getting tools fixed and back into service.

  37. Assist Fleet and PMO to repair vehicles that are in poor condition. Also ensure that all vehicles have correct tires, brakes, hitches, load covers, registration, service records, insurance etc. I want weight and height / dimensions of vehicles posted on visors of vehicles. 

  38. Get and maintain stamped yearly certification of all boom lifts by approved Manufacturer rep. Keep records and report back in MOR.

  39. Handle all payroll discrepancies and pay shortages. Make sure all employees have been paid correctly and that PTO is tracked and taken in the correct timeframes.

  40. Administer and manage all field apparel. Arc Flash and PPE.

  41. Maintain Pramira Facebook page . Enter weekly updates on the company. Post site photos o get customers interested on the projects we are working on and show our abilities. Have CX GM review all media before it is posted. 

Qualifications

 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Project Management Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in managing construction projects, demonstrating the ability to plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines and budgets. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and tools to effectively oversee project timelines, resources, and documentation in a remote setting.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders remotely.

  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical skills to identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

  • Administrative Background: Experience in document control, reporting, and general administrative tasks related to construction operations.
  • Timekeeping Experience: Familiarity with timekeeping systems to monitor workforce attendance, project hours, and labor cost tracking.
