Job Title: Industrial Painter/Overhead Crane Operator

Location: York, PA

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract to Hire

Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hr. (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter/Overhead Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating overhead cranes and using industrial sprayers, as well as knowledge of loading structural steel. This is a 1st shift position with a pay rate of $20.00 - $22.00/hr., depending on experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and clean steel surfaces; apply primers and protective coatings.
  • Use HVLP spray guns, brushes, and rollers to apply epoxies and polyurethanes.
  • Operate overhead cranes to safely move and position materials.
  • Inspect and touch up painted surfaces as needed.
  • Maintain and clean painting equipment.
  • Load and unload structural steel as part of crane operation.


Qualifications:
  • Experience with overhead crane operation.
  • Experience with industrial sprayers.
  • Knowledge of loading structural steel is essential.
  • Strong attendance record and stable work history.
  • Ability to complete a medical questionnaire and respirator fitting during the drug test.
