In this role, you will assist our legal team in managing real estate documents, contracts, and compliance matters. Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support ongoing cases.
  • Maintain and organize legal files and documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal standards.
  • Communicate with clients, agents, and external legal entities regarding case developments and documentation requirements.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates for the legal team.
  • Assist in the coordination of transactions and ensure timely communication of pertinent materials.
  • Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate support.
  • Associate's degree or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a real estate or law firm setting.
  • Strong understanding of real estate law, contracts, and legal procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficient in legal research and software applications relevant to legal practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
