Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices while assisting in establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence
• Contribute to sessions aimed at helping customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform and run community-based engagement opportunities
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations and advocate for customer needs cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer
• A willingness to learn about cloud and cyber security technologies
• Understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
