Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to manage and improve group benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate current benefits programs and recommend improvements
  • Serve as the primary contact for plan vendors and coordinate data transfers for services
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and manage daily benefits processing and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related benefits position
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources concepts and benefits regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and experience with HRIS and benefits databases
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of benefits plan designs
  • Project and team management experience
