Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analyses to evaluate competitiveness of compensation packages and complete external data surveys
• Support the development of compensation structures and lead the annual compensation planning process
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and maintain accurate compensation data

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Sound understanding of compensation principles and compliance, including FLSA and pay equity
• Proficiency in compensation data tools and surveys
• Experience with benchmarking compensation practices in Europe and Latin America
• Ability to build complex models in Google Sheets for compensation management
