Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Benefits to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration, communication, and compliance of global health & wellness plans and retirement/pension plans
  • Develop and implement strategies and policies for efficient delivery of employee benefit programs
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure proper administration of benefits, including compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of benefits experience, including 3 years in a global role
  • Experience managing self-funded U.S. health plans
  • Strong knowledge of international benefits practices and compliance requirements
  • Proven project management skills and ability to align benefits programs with business objectives
