Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain compensation data for broad-based programs, including audits and job evaluations
  • Maintain executive compensation programs, ensuring accurate records and responding to information requests
  • Participate in projects related to annual compensation events and collaborate on communication of compensation program changes
Required Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or Business preferred
  • 4+ years of experience with Excel and data analysis; 2+ years in an HR or Finance function
  • Prior experience with Workday preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and organized mindset
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively under tight deadlines
