Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and expands Consulting Services and software implementation business within existing accounts
• Partners with product companies to create and execute strategic business plans for key accounts
• Collaborates with Marketing for events and provides customer feedback for service improvements

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level experience in selling Consulting and Professional Services in the EDM space
• Deep knowledge of EDM, MDM, Data Governance, and Data Analytics implementations
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
• Experience in selling software data products is useful
