Qualifications:
5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, focusing on engineering or technical roles
Proven success in sourcing and hiring for various engineering disciplines
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software
