Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth, RevOps, BDR/SDR operations, or demand generation with proven success
• Experience with process optimization and account-based signal targeting
• Familiarity with data sources and proficiency in GTM tools like Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, and Crossbeam
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights and predictive models from data
• Ability to lead collaboratively and align teams around growth objectives
