Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage employee benefits, HRIS, and core HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer various employee benefit programs and lead open enrollment processes
• Serve as the primary administrator for ADP Workforce Now, ensuring data integrity and system enhancements
• Support the employee lifecycle, manage leaves of absence, and assist in employee relations matters

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of progressive HR experience in HR operations, benefits, and HRIS administration
• Advanced skills in ADP Workforce Now, including setup and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance reporting
