Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Ops Specialist on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process leave of absences, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements
  • Support HR team by analyzing data and maintaining HR metrics and dashboards
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
