Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Associate to support their Workday HR system environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and administer Workday and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity and system maintenance
  • Generate reports to meet various business needs and participate in cross-functional projects
  • Oversee the Learning Management System and recommend new learning strategies based on assessment outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 2+ years of Workday experience in two or more modules such as Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, and Talent Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other specialized business applications
  • Experience in onboarding practices and training needs assessments
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments
