• Partner with Executive Leadership to develop and implement employee strategies supporting change management and engagement

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field and five years of professional-level experience in human resources
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Human resources professional certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, etc.)
• Experience in interpreting personnel policy and managing employee issues
