A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
• Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including onboarding programs
• Oversee compliance with employment laws and collective bargaining agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a non-profit setting
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Experience managing human resources in a unionized environment
