Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst (E-Billing) to manage the e-billing system and outside counsel relationships on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate matter and vendor data within the e-billing system
• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries and monitor compliance with outside counsel guidelines
• Prepare reports tracking legal spend metrics and assist with the legal invoice approval process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in legal operations, preferably in e-billing and/or vendor management
• Experience with e-billing platforms, specifically SimpleLegal
• Knowledge of legal billing practices
• Proficiency with data analysis tools
