Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to ensure performance and growth
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop investment roadmaps and support Telesales operations


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
  • 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
