Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support clinical operations through efficient onboarding of new practices and provider organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders from provider sales for new and returning clients, ensuring data accuracy in reporting
• Prepare for new practice onboarding by securing necessary documentation and access
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of the onboarding process

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Sales support experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce and/or prior relevant experience
• Strong technical knowledge of applicable software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
