Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Facing Payroll Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, prepare, and produce accurate and timely payrolls for multiple clients across various locations
• Review and validate payroll reports for accuracy, resolving discrepancies as needed
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from clients and their employees, maintaining confidentiality of all client information

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience processing end-to-end payroll in a medium to large organization
• Prior experience in a multi-client environment is required
• Expert knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP, Ceridian, Paychex, and others
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices
• Certified Payroll Professional certification is a plus
