Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR generalist with a focus on recruiting and employee engagement
• Proven experience with HRIS and HR technology platforms
• Strong skills in evaluating candidates and creating hiring plans
• Comprehensive understanding of human resources best practices and compliance requirements
• Strong sense of accountability and excellent time management skills
