Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the physician panel, including records and fee updates, while negotiating agreement terms
• Onboard new physicians according to client specifications and collect necessary documentation
• Assist physician reviewers with inquiries and collaborate with teams to ensure network coverage meets client needs

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in physician recruitment within a healthcare or insurance setting
• Prior experience in a healthcare and/or insurance business environment is preferred
• Working knowledge of physician networks, medical specialties, and compliance guidelines
• High computer literacy and typing proficiency required
