Recruiter – Work From Home | Bigfoot Marketing
Bigfoot Marketing is hiring recruiters to help us build elite door-to-door sales teams for Bigfoot Pest Control in Knoxville, TN.
This is a 100% remote opportunity. You can work full-time or part-time, make your own schedule, and do everything from your phone. All training is provided.
If you’re self-motivated, resourceful, and looking for a high-income opportunity, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Recruiting highly motivated individuals (mostly college students and young professionals)
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, or your own network
• Messaging leads via text or call—whichever you prefer
• Helping fill our sales rep pipeline for Spring/Summer 2025
Compensation:
• Earn a generous payout for every qualified sales rep who shows up, trains, and sells
• Bonuses available for volume hiring
• Top recruiters make $10,000 or more per month
• 100% commission-based
Ideal Candidate:
• Self-driven and great at networking or sourcing people
• Can follow a simple system and stay consistent
• Previous recruiting or commission sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Professional, persistent, and confident in communication
