A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency and performance of their sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and improve sales processes for a dedicated revenue stream
• Analyze sales funnel data to identify friction points and recommend improvements
• Create and manage reporting dashboards for strategic insights and operational decisions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical role
• Deep understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Experience in quota/compensation management and performance tracking
• Ability to work independently and balance strategic and tactical tasks
