Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Ops & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle detailed partner performance data analytics and facilitate internal stakeholder conversations to build data-driven strategies
• Work with senior management to define data analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of data analytics initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a proven record of achievement and quantitative proficiency
• 5+ years of experience in a professional services organization or cross-functional leadership role
• Fluency in data, including strong skills in Excel and SQL
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science preferred
• Experience in leading teams and people development is preferred
