Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project/Program Manager to join their Pharmacy Quality team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and initiatives
• Monitor program components to ensure overall goals and schedules are met
• Develop project plans, negotiate for resources, and ensure compliance with audit requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
• Experience with Medicare Part D is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in writing business documents such as Statements of Work and Proposals
