Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to enhance customer success in cloud financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate and prioritize customer feature requests into product feature requests
  • Own the adoption, implementation, and enablement of the platform for customers
  • Build trust with customers through deep knowledge and effective communication
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or post-sales technical account manager role
  • Understanding of cloud financial management topics and major cloud service providers
  • Experience working with Managed Service Providers is a plus
  • FinOps Certified Practitioner or strong interest in FinOps
  • Ability to work remotely within the Continental USA time zone
