Job Summary

A company is looking for an SMB Inside Sales Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
  • Manage a designated territory to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with the international SMB sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience with an Associate's degree or 3+ years with a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in business development roles, both new customer acquisition and account management
  • Proven track record of selling to IT, Human Resources, and Learning & Development departments
  • Ability to follow established processes and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong critical thinking and research skills with adaptability to customer needs
