Key Responsibilities

• Meet with client stakeholders to align on project deliverables
• Assess current policies across the US and Canada for inconsistencies, non-compliance, and gaps
• Draft, review, and finalize new policies in consultation with the client stakeholder team

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of wage and hour regulations in the US and Canada
• Experience with policy creation in both countries
• Ability to consult on policy exceptions
• Experience in assessing compliance and policy gaps
• Project-based consulting experience
