A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high-volume recruitment and build relationships with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process from opening searches to extending offers and onboarding
  • Source and screen candidates using various tools and methods
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates and foster relationships with hiring managers to address recruitment challenges
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or two years of experience with a High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces preferred
  • Experience with customer service
  • Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn preferred
  • Must reside in the State of Washington
