Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume requisition load and build relationships with hiring managers
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods and tools
  • Maintain a pipeline of viable candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or two years with a High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces preferred
  • Experience with customer service
  • Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn preferred
  • Must reside within the State of Washington and have ATS experience, preferably with SmartRecruiters
