Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into Workday HCM system requirements
Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting
Assist with data migration and support user acceptance testing (UAT) while developing training materials for end users
Required Qualifications
Experience with Workday HCM modules
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Ability to conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
Experience in data migration and validation from legacy systems
Familiarity with project documentation and training material development
