What are we looking for?

We are looking for a curious, driven, and organized intern to join our Americas Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn how companies hire top talent and to gain firsthand exposure to many different career paths. You’ll help us identify and engage candidates for roles across the business—contributing directly to our hiring success. Whether you’re already interested in recruiting or exploring different career options, this is a great starting point.

What will you do? 

  • Support sourcing efforts by identifying and researching passive talent for roles across the business
  • Build target lists, draft outreach messages, and help manage candidate pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS
  • Assist with talent mapping, competitive analysis, and data cleanup projects
  • Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to prioritize searches and track pipeline activity
  • Contribute to team meetings and strategic recruiting initiatives

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Experience with research, analysis, or administrative work through school projects, part-time jobs, or internships
  • Interest in recruiting, human resources or broader career exploration (a.k.a. still trying to figure out what you want to do long term)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or other research tools is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

This U.S. role has an hourly pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Hourly Pay Range
$25$25 USD
