We are a leading travel agency dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional reception.
• Assist customers with their travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
• Utilize the Amadeus tool to manage and book travel itineraries efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone, ensuring a pleasant and helpful experience for all clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to travel plans promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
• Strong phone skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Fluent in English with a pleasant and professional sounding voice.
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using the Amadeus tool for travel bookings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experienced using different GDS, like Amadeus and Sabre
Exceptional communication skills
Proven experience being a Travel agent
