About the Role:

We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Head of Operations who can confidently oversee our operations, streamline processes, and ensure the long-term growth of the company. You’ll be instrumental in setting up the structure and management systems needed to adapt to changing industry conditions while enhancing client satisfaction and team performance.

This is a full-time role with immense potential to impact the company's future success and growth.

We are looking for a Head of Operations specifically with these requirements:

  • Extensive experience in running and overseeing cold email outreach campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of cold outreach strategies, including tools like Pitchbox, Ahrefs, Semrush.
  • Demonstrated success in adapting operations to market shifts and maintaining high deliverability rates.
  • Experience with managing and scaling operational teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and strategic abilities with a focus on creating actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to align teams with company goals.
  • Proficiency in using operational tools like Notion, Clickup, and Google Sheets for process. management.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to hold teams accountable to KPIs and metrics while building a strong company culture.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training programs.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Overseeing the entire company’s operations, including outreach campaigns and client deliverables.
  • Leading the hiring and training of team members, ensuring top-notch client advocacy and results.
  • Managing and improving processes for campaign deliverability and success.
  • Developing operational strategies to adapt to market shifts and explore new service opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the CEO to align on vision and strategic direction.
  • Tracking and optimizing key metrics, including client satisfaction and link delivery success rates.
  • Fostering a positive and productive work culture that motivates the team.
