Location: Riccobene – Rock Hill and Fort Mill

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office by managing patient schedules, handling administrative tasks, and delivering top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize patient schedules to ensure efficient office workflow
- Greet and check in patients, collect and update necessary information in patient records
- Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect payments and provide clear financial and insurance information to patients
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a dental office or healthcare setting (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle time-sensitive tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit ethical conduct
