About the Team

The Compliance Operations team is responsible for expanding operations through filing legal documents. They are detail-oriented experts in problem-solving and systemizing, taking ownership of their work while being active team players.

About the Role

The business is growing quickly, with leading healthcare companies as customers, including those backed by top Silicon Valley investors. The clients currently serve over 2 million patient lives and manage over $10 billion in annual medical spend. The company is seeking an Operations Specialist to work directly with leadership. Responsibilities include:

- Leading cross-functional projects that are top priority.

- Driving complex operations projects, including organizing healthcare groups in all 50 states.

- Owning relationships with leaders of multi-state healthcare companies, guiding them through onboarding.

- Building processes, structures, systems, and automations to scale operations.

- Managing the filing of critical documents to support client operations expansion.

- Serving as the primary contact for correspondence with US government agencies.

- Conducting independent research to navigate complex government processes.

- Systemizing workflows by documenting processes.

- Maintaining high-quality standards with a meticulous approach.
