About the Role:

The San Francisco Giants are looking for a part-time Admin and Premium Membership Assistant, where you will have the unique opportunity to assist with department administrative duties as well as support the Premium Membership Services Account Managers in servicing Premium Season Ticket Members throughout the year. This role will provide administrative support for our Executive Ticketing leadership (SVP & VP) while building relationships with premium clients through in person and email communication throughout the 2025 baseball season and beyond. Admin may encounter situations that require quick thinking and service-oriented resolutions.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background as well as the ability to provide personalized customer service to our wide variety of Premium Season Ticket Members at Giants home games and/or other ballpark events. The right candidate will have experience creating pitch decks and designing sales materials for executive leadership. This position will be in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

·        Administrative Proficiency: You handle a variety of administrative tasks such as managing the SVP calendar, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing and editing documents, maintaining project schedules, tracking budgets, and ensuring deadlines are met.

·        Client and Premium Services: You deliver exceptional service to premium clientele by addressing inquiries promptly, managing shared inboxes, supporting sales representatives, overseeing suite inventory and pricing, and ensuring seamless game-day experiences.

·        Ticketing and Data Management: You manage internal ticket processing, account maintenance, and data platform tasks, including ticket exchanges, credit redemption, and updating account and contact information.

·        Relationship Building and Personal Touch: You take pride in building relationships and exceed service standards by creating ‘wow’ moments for Season Ticket Members, celebrating special milestones, and providing personalized assistance.

·        Professionalism and Responsiveness: You approach all tasks with professionalism, handle sensitive information with discretion, and prioritize building strong connections within the organization while meeting internal and external needs with enthusiasm.


Qualifications

·        Demonstrated experience in customer service, with a focus on premium or VIP clientele

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to manage complex or sensitive situations professionally

·        Computer skills: Google Document Editor (Sheets, Documents, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Tickets.com, Salesforce & database management systems, MLB Ballpark App preferred 

·        Proven ability to drive and maintain relationships with external and internal partners

·        A keen sense of ownership, drive, and flexibility in an ever-changing environment

·        Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives within a fast paced environment

·        Strong attention to detail

·        Ability to remain calm, think critically, and effectively troubleshoot challenges in high-pressure situations.

·        Ability to work well within a team environment.

·        A professional, personable, and dedicated work ethic, thriving in both team and independent settings.

·        Flexibility to work non-traditional hours on weekdays, weeknights and weekends according to the Giants home schedule

·        Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35lbs

$33 - $38 an hour
At the San Francisco Giants, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The hourly rate for this position will be $35.00 / hour

In addition to your pay, the San Francisco Giants believe in providing a competitive total rewards package for its employees. After 60 days of employment, you may be eligible for indemnity healthcare through Healthy SF, which includes medical, dental, and prescription coverage and access to Giants tickets. At the Giants, we prioritize employee well-being by offering dedicated mental health support, a hybrid working environment, transportation benefits, wellness programs, and paid time off including half day Fridays during the season and an extended holiday break. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and the terms of official plan documents which may be modified or amended from time to time.
