About the Role:

The San Francisco Giants are looking for Premium Concierge, who will have the unique opportunity to: prepare Luxury Suites, Gotham Club, Cloud Club and all other Premium Spaces before gates open to the public, greet clients as they arrive, check in members at host stands, and troubleshoot any ticket or premium related problems or requests throughout the game. You’ll work closely with the Giants Luxury Suites, Gotham Club and Cloud Club teams that link directly into the Ticket Sales and Service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to provide personalized, customer-oriented service to our premium clients and private club members at all Giants home games and/or other ballpark events. This position will be in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

·        We will turn to you to monitor Gotham Game Room inventory and ensure proper functioning of games and equipment, communicating issues immediately.

·        You will grow by providing customized service to regular hosts & guests by being proactive with their requests & attending to their recurring needs.

·        You will consistently find ways to go above and beyond the service standards to provide ‘wow’ moments for our premium clients, including celebrating special moments, including birthdays, anniversaries & achievements.

·        You will be the eyes and ears on the suite level and premium levels to better understand client preferences and needs daily.

Qualifications

·        Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

·        Possess outstanding verbal communication skills.

·        The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a high capacity for prioritization and time management.

·        Established professional and personable demeanor with a strong commitment to a dedicated work ethic and collaborative teamwork.

·        Proven commitment to maintaining a polished professional image with high visibility to VIP clientele.

·        Flexibility to work non-traditional hours on weekdays, weeknights and weekends according to the Giants home schedule.

·        Must be available for AT LEAST 80% of all Giants home games.

·        Capability to remain on your feet for hours at a time.

·        Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35lbs.

We’re Excited About You Because…

·        You are an authentic, inspiring and positive team member.
